Option #2 - *NEW* Thursday Program (9 weeks): 7-9pm, March 20/27 & April 3/10/17/24 & May 1/8/15.

Due to the growing interest in indoor winter training in advance of hitting the water in May, two packages of practices have been worked out with Andrew Liew at Afterburn Fitness.  They have a gym and a paddle pool setup that closely simulates paddling a dragon boat.  Video review will also be incorporated into the program.

Cost is $160 for the Monday program (11 weeks) and $130 for the Thursday program (9 weeks).  For those going Mondays that want to add Thursdays, the $130 Thursday fee is reduced to $85. This is a non-profit program put together by the Rusty Dragons to help paddlers better prepare for racing this summer.

The Monday program is full and registration is closed, but as a result the new Thursday program was created and registration is now open.  Please register ASAP if interested as space is very limited.

Latest News: Registration for the new Thursday program is OPEN via the red registration button above. As some paddlers have started AFTER the first practice, the amount owing will be pro-rated (reduced $15 per missed session).  The Monday session is now full to capacity.  See the attached Pool Paddling Program Invitation (PDF) above right for more information.  Join us as either a new or experienced paddler to step up your fitness and paddling technique.  We can accept another 8 maximum paddlers on Thursday, new or from any team.
